Satin Ribbons Meditation

Hi it's me with the next meditation for pain relief.

A. Make yourself comfortable, take several deep cleansing breaths and allow yourself to relax.

B. Now imagine any discomfort, pain, or tension falling away like soft satin ribbon You can make them any color that you want them to be. Stay with this image for as long as you wish.

C. When you're done, take one or two more deep cleansing breaths,count slowly to five,stretch yourself out a bit, and slowly open your eyes. Take these good feelings with you as you go on with the rest of your day or evening.

I hope that you find this meditation helpful for handling both the minor discomforts in your life as well as major things in your life which could be ve very painful. I'll be back in a couple of days with aother meditation. So until then ~nameste~,
