Inner Dialogue Medtiation

In this meditation you'll learn how to communicate with your body and its Healing Energy or H.E. for short. at first you may have trouble getting the hang of it, but with time and practice it will become second nature for you.

Instructions:

A. Make yourself comfortable and allow your eyes to close. Allow yourself to enter into a meditative state. Use the spaces provided to write your own inner dialogue. If you want, you could use a seperate sheet of paper or journal.

B. When you feel ready, to end this meditation, take one more deep cleansing breath, count slowly to 5, stretch yourself out a little, slowly open your eyes and go in pace.
